I am an
IRS Enrolled Agent; this year will be my third year using
TaxWise Tax Software. Prior to switching to TaxWise, I have
used Drake Software for ten (10) years. Although Drake is a
viable tax processing software – so is Turbo Tax – Drake DID
NOT offer me the CUSTOMER SERVICE or TECHNICAL SUPPORT I
felt I needed in a Tax Partner to help my company grow and
prosper. Yes, I said Partner – as a Tax Professional my Tax
Software is my PRIMARY TOOL; like a Hammer is to a
Carpenter; or Nike Golf Club is to Tiger Woods. Because of
this, I felt that it was necessary that I partner with a Tax
Software company that offers products that are leading edge
and innovative, a Tax Software that was ACCURATE yet EASY TO
USE both for an experienced Tax Professional or a Novice, a
Tax Software that can CONVERT ALL PRIOR YEAR’S DATA to make
changing seamless, and Software that the company FULLY
SUPPORTS and TRAINS me and my staff locally. As a New
Jersey Tax Firm, it was important that I do business with a
Service Center based in New Jersey. I can not stress the
importance of having local customer, technical support and training. In the last 2 years
I have saved approximately $6,000 because I was able to FIRE
my computer technician due to the superb work and support I
received from Tax Technologies – They can do everything from
installation, training you and your staff on how to properly
file a complete return on TaxWise, filing all state and
federal papers for EFIN numbers and electronic filing
requirements, and helping you apply with lenders to offer
bank products (RALs, RAC and Instant Checks), etc. I am so
satisfied with my decision to switch to Tax Technology that I try
my best to encourage all of my colleagues to also make the
switch so that they may experience the peace of mind and
numerous benefits I have received. In closing, if someone
were to offer me another tax
software for FREE, I would REFUSE!
