• We offer hands-on software training both in-house and remotely. Training can be done in either English or Spanish and is customized for each individual.

• Our software consists of both individual and business packages with all 50 state modules including Puerto Rico. We also include direct links to the IRS Help and Publication Files, TaxWise University, and TaxWise’s customer support website.

Does Tax Technology, Inc. offer “Direct to IRS” E-Filing?
• No, at this time we only offer a third party transmitter. By doing this we ensure a quick and reliable transmission to the IRS, state, and bank all with one filing.

How do I become a Registered IRS E-Filer?
• You must attain an EFIN to be able to process E-Files to the IRS. Please click here for more information.

What bank are you partnered with and what kind of incentives do they offer?

Do I need to sign a multi-year contract with Tax Technology, Inc.?
• No, our clients are not required to sign multiple year contracts. You are required to sign a license agreement with TaxWise for each tax season.

What are the requirements to get an EFIN?
• The IRS requires you to be up to date with your taxes owed and have no criminal record. If you match this criteria you must then be fingerprinted and fill out a Form 8633.

Does Tax Technology, Inc. offer Marketing Materials for my office?
• Yes, through HSBC Bank and TaxWise, we can offer you a wide variety of marketing materials in both English and Spanish.

Does HSBC Bank send out a mailer to my existing clients for me?
• Yes, HSBC Bank will send out an acceptance letter to any client who received a Bank Product from you the previous year.

What are your hours for customer support and how can I get in touch with them?
• Support is offered through out the tax season from 9am until 9pm Monday through Friday and 9am until 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
